Build for free the ultimate AI agent!

Hey there, my finance-savvy friend! 🚀

Have you ever dreamt of launching your own financial agents? Well, guess what? There's a new kid on the block that might just make that dream come true. Introducing: Agents - an open-source framework designed specifically for building autonomous language agents. Sounds cool, right?

Now, I know what you're thinking. "Another language agent framework? What makes this one special?" Well, let me break it down for you.

First off, Agents isn't just any ordinary framework. It's been meticulously crafted to support a plethora of features. From long-short-term memory (yes, just like our brains!) to tool usage, web navigation, and even multi-agent communication. But wait, there's more! It also introduces some groundbreaking features like human-agent interaction and symbolic control. Imagine the possibilities!

One thing that really caught my eye? The ease of customization. With Agents, you can tailor-make a language agent or even an entire multi-agent system. And the best part? All you need to do is fill in a config file in plain English. No more endless lines of code or complicated setups. Plus, you can deploy these agents wherever you like - be it a terminal, a Gradio interface, or even a backend service.

But here's the real game-changer: Agents offers something that most other frameworks don't. It gives users the power to provide fine-grained control and guidance to their language agents through what they call an SOP (Standard Operation Process). Think of it as a roadmap that defines subgoals or subtasks for the main task. This means you can customize a detailed workflow for your agents, ensuring they operate just the way you want them to.

And let's not forget about the long-short-term memory feature. The agents in this library come equipped with both a long-term memory (thanks to VectorDB + Semantic Search) and a short-term memory (or working memory) that's maintained and updated by an LLM.

So, what's the catch?

While all of this sounds fantastic, I can't help but wonder: Are there any limitations to this framework? How does it compare to other existing tools in terms of scalability and efficiency? And most importantly, how secure is it, especially when dealing with sensitive financial data?

What are your thoughts? Have you tried Agents yet? And if not, are you considering giving it a whirl? Let's discuss!

80% of the financial analysts will disappear

Dear friend,

Hey buddy, brace yourself for this one! 🚀

Remember when I ruffled some feathers by asking if we really needed doctors? And then, to add fuel to the fire, I questioned the necessity of teachers. Well, hold onto your hats, because it's time to dive into another controversial query: Do we even need financial analysts, bankers, traders, and the like anymore?

Here's a staggering prediction: A whopping 80% of 80% of all economically valuable jobs might soon be in the capable hands (or circuits?) of AI. That's right, Artificial Intelligence could potentially take over a significant chunk of roles that drive our economy. Mind-blowing, isn't it?

Now, I'm not saying this to create panic or to undermine the importance of human expertise. But let's face it, the rapid advancements in AI are hard to ignore. From automating mundane tasks to making complex financial predictions, AI is proving its mettle in ways we never imagined.

But here's the million-dollar question: If AI can handle these jobs, what does that mean for the future of the finance industry? Will we see a shift in job roles? Or perhaps a complete transformation of the sector? And more importantly, what will be the role of humans in this AI-dominated landscape?

On the flip side, while AI is undoubtedly powerful, can it truly replace the human touch? The intuition, the ethics, the emotional intelligence? After all, finance isn't just about crunching numbers. It's about understanding human needs, building relationships, and making judgment calls.

Check this video released by a company called Arikifi which got $9M in seed investment to change everything in finance.

So, what's your take? Are we on the brink of an AI-led financial revolution? Or is there still a place for human expertise amidst the rise of machines?

P.S. Whether it's embracing AI or championing human skills, the future is always uncertain. But one thing's for sure: It's going to be one exciting ride!
